Our Fees And Terms Of Payment

Professional Fees for our services rendered will be determined by the time required to complete the agreed-upon tasks.

We acknowledge that each engagement is unique in its scope and complexity; therefore, we do not propose a set fee.

Our invoices may also include disbursements paid by us.  These may include photocopying charges, telephone, travel fares and expenses, stamp duty and fees paid to third parties such as couriers, registration fees or fees for other professionals.  These may be in addition to the fixed price (if applicable).

Unless other payment terms are agreed, each invoice is payable within 14 days of receipt.

The Tax Lady has the right to refuse lodgement of my Income Tax Returns if fees are not paid in full or an arrangement to pay has not been made.  The Tax Lady has the right of lien over all records until my account to The Tax Lady is paid in full.

 By you signing of the engagement form you are agreeing to our terms of payment.

Deduction of Fees from refund cheque

If agreed between the parties that the fees for service will be deducted directly from any tax refund cheque.  In accordance with the requirements of law governed by The Tax Practitioners Board, your refund will be deposited into my trust account, the fees will be deducted from this amount and the remaining amounts forwarded to you in accordance with your requirements.
