Scope Of Engagement

A Scope of Engagement will be emailed to all potential new clients for their review and understanding. This document outlines the obligations and responsibilities of both parties. A separate Scope of Engagement is required for each individual involved.

For companies, each Director must sign the Scope of Engagement to confirm agreement to the engagement of our services. In the case of a partnership or a trust, all partners or trustees are required to sign the Scope of Engagement.

The Scope of Engagement authorises us to add you to the ATO portal, allowing The Tax Lady to assess whether we are able to accept you as a new client and to determine if we are the right fit as your tax agent.

Please note that, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, The Tax Lady reserves the right to terminate the engagement at any time.
